Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Showpo order, but if something isn't right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Method

  Select your preferred return option, such as a store credit with a bonus top-up or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Post Your Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office or designated drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your store credit or refund within 2-5 business days.
